Questions
What do the ads look like on Free?
A banner at the top of the console, and a 10-second ad every 5 minutes while you control another computer. During that ad your control pauses; the connection stays on and the person you are helping sees nothing.
Is there a time limit on Free?
No. A free session runs as long as you need it.
How big a file can I send?
Up to 100 MB per file on every plan today, from the browser and from the desktop app. Free stays at 100 MB; large file transfers for paid plans are coming soon.
What does GST add?
The prices above do not include GST. 18% GST is added at checkout, so Solo is ₹352.82 a month in total. Razorpay sends the invoice.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, from Billing in your account. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, then the account moves to Free. Nothing is deleted.
What if a payment fails?
Razorpay tries again, and your paid features stay on for 7 days meanwhile. If it still fails the account moves to Free. Nobody is ever locked out.
How do Team seats work?
Buy one seat per technician. Each seat adds 3 sessions at a time and 100 unattended devices.
How do I pay?
Payments are handled by Razorpay, in Indian rupees. RemoScreen never sees your card or UPI details.
